The re-open fee is for any motion or petition filed subsequent to an order of discharge of personal representative or guardian which closes the file. Also, after an order of summary administration or motion, notice and order to terminate proceedings is entered.

A flat fee of $15.00 for simplified accountings:
For estates valued at less than $25,000 $ 15.00
For estates valued at more than $25,000 but less than or equal to $100,000 $ 75.00
For estates valued at more than $100,000 but less than or equal to $500,000 $150.00
For estates valued at more than $500,000 $225.00
